Torunn Myklebust – Creative Director

Torunn Myklebust grew up on a small island along Norway's dramatic west coast. After studying fashion design in Copenhagen, she began her career with an internship at Alexander McQueen in London. Her talent was quickly recognized, and she was invited back to join the team, which lead to her becoming Head of Prints and Textiles.

Her expertise in print design later took her to Paris, where she worked under Riccardo Tisci at Givenchy, contributing to some of the house’s most iconic designs, including the celebrated Bambi print of 2013. Following her tenure at Givenchy, Torunn embarked on a consulting career, collaborating with brands such as Balmain, Maison Margiela, and Roberto Cavalli.

In 2017 she co-founded No More Mondays, where she continues to lead her design team, collaborating with clients worldwide from their Paris studio.

Brede Rørstad – Managing Director

Brede Rørstad grew up on a slightly larger island than Torunn, also on Norway’s scenic west coast. As Managing Director of No More Mondays, he oversees daily operations, business strategy, and development.

A classically trained composer and conductor, Brede has an extensive repertoire that includes chamber and orchestral works, a symphony, and compositions for film, TV, theatre, and dance. He has also produced albums and toured internationally. His work is rooted in storytelling and experience design, and his diverse career also includes a pivotal tenure at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, Oregon.
